About The Position

EGYM Financial Services is growing fast and is now expanding into the United States. We are seeking a Senior Financial Services professional based in Denver to establish and lead our leasing and financing business in the US market. This is a unique opportunity to build a new business from the ground up, acting as a key lever to transform one-off equipment purchases into recurring revenue streams. The role requires a hands-on, growth-oriented individual who can proactively engage with US banks and leasing partners, influence the EGYM Technology Sales team, and persuade customers of the benefits of financing. The ideal candidate is a persistent builder who thrives on creating something new and driving sales across multiple fronts.

Requirements

  • Experience in vendor finance is ideal.
  • Experience working in or closely with the banking and financial-services sector, understanding bank and leasing company operations, decision-making, and pricing.
  • A banking environment background is a must.
  • Established industry relationships and a referral network among US banks, leasing companies, and equipment-finance partners.
  • Hands-on commercial, sales, or business development experience, with a proven ability to build pipelines, structure programs, and close deals.
  • Comfort in creating new initiatives rather than managing established processes.
  • Growth-minded and hands-on approach, willing to shape, design, and execute tasks without pre-existing processes.
  • Persistence and resilience, with the ability to repeatedly sell a new concept to various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and be present in the market, meeting partners and customers, and attending events.
  • Fluent, professional English communication skills.
  • Clear and confident communication abilities for pitching to partners and aligning with internal teams.

  • Collaborate closely with the EGYM Technology Sales team and US leadership to integrate Financial Services into the sales process.
  • Set up internal processes and hand-offs between Order Management, Accounting, and Sales to ensure smooth, compliant, and scalable financing deal flow.
  • Act as a persistent champion for financing, advocating to banks, the internal sales team, and customers.
  • Maintain an active market presence by engaging with partners, the Technology Sales team, key customers, and attending industry events.
  • Design scalable workflows, contracts, and controls, ensuring data integrity, and eventually build and lead a team as the business grows.
