About The Position

The Senior Financial Services Consultant will serve as a strategic resource across multiple client engagements, providing billable expertise in banking and finance operations. Responsibilities include analyzing complex financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to optimize performance. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and skilled problem solver, with proven experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels—including executives, management, and frontline staff. Professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to teamwork are essential, as the consultant will frequently work in high-paced environments and must foster strong relationships both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (or the equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in banking or financial operations consulting.
  • Strong track record of critical thinking and problem solving in complex environments.
  • Experience engaging with all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
