About The Position
Responsible for the preparation of SEC financial reporting. Report to Manager, Financial Reporting and work alongside Technical Accounting and Director, SEC Financial Reporting.
Requirements
- Accounting degree and CPA required.
- Accounting professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in public accounting under GAAP required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Nice To Haves
- Big 4 audit experience a plus.
- Experience in financial reporting a plus.
- Experience with general ledger systems a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the quarterly and annual reports on Form 10-Q/K, Earnings Releases, and other SEC filings.
- Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely identification and compliance with the latest accounting guidance.
- Review reporting language (XBRL) tagging.
- Contribute to the monthly and quarterly close processes.
- Prepare quarterly and annual accounting memos.
- Prepare flux analyses.
- Maintain procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
- Interact with external auditors to ensure requests are met in a timely manner.
- Participate in other projects as required.
