About The Position

Senior Financial Planner & Client Strategist Firm: NewSpring Wealth Partners Location: Minnetonka, MN (hybrid; 3 days/week in-office preferred with flexibility for the right candidate) Role Overview - This role is designed to significantly expand the firm’s capacity by shifting day-to-day planning execution and project ownership away from the founder, allowing for greater focus on client relationships and business growth. About Our Clients - NewSpring is focused on serving highly successful women, often in their late 40s and 50s, generally earning 500K+ per year with $3-15M in net worth. They value thoughtful, planning-led advice and a professional, relationship-driven experience.

  • High level of professionalism and polish in client interactions.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and leverage multiple financial planning and workflow tools.

  • Coordinate with team on delivery of NewSpring Wealth Planning Calendar.
  • Independently develop, update, and refine comprehensive financial plans, with final review and collaboration from the founder.
