About The Position

As a potential Senior Financial Management Business Analyst, this role will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of our client. This potential role is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate Spend Plan Management, IAA oversight, financial data reporting, and multi-year budget support aligned with FPAC's complex shared-cost model. Requirements

• 5+ years federal IT financial management experience.
• Strong understanding of FPAC-style shared cost models and financial data calls.
• Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems.
• Experience with USDA preferred.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Responsibilities

• Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning.
• Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics.
• Ensures timely updates to the BOB Financial Database and related reporting.
• Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking.
