About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Financial Consultant for a growing company that helps small and medium-sized businesses with customized financial solutions. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience from an accounting firm or similar business.
• Documented ability to independently handle bookkeeping as well as monthly and annual closing.
• Good understanding of the entire accounting flow and financial control.
• Experience with payroll management.
• Good system knowledge. Experience with Fortnox is a strong merit.
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle ongoing bookkeeping as well as monthly and annual closing.
• Be responsible for the entire payroll process, from documentation and processing to reporting and payments.
• Develop, improve, and quality assure financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to more efficient and scalable workflows.
• Support clients with financial follow-up, profitability analysis, and advice.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact person for several clients.
• Function as an internal knowledge resource and sounding board for the team.
• Support more junior colleagues.
• Contribute with suggestions for improvements regarding internal working methods, processes, and platform development.
