About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst will drive strategic planning, annual operating plans, and financial forecasting in collaboration with functional partners and businesses. This role involves delivering objective and financially focused insights to business leaders of the Industrial Flow Operating Group, taking a lead role in strategic initiatives, forecasting, planning, and executing financial goals. The analyst will also support various Corporate FP&A and leadership projects, including transformational projects for Industrial Flow such as building KPIs to P&L, ERP conversions, and acquisition integrations. Responsibilities include implementing and facilitating weekly and monthly routines and reports, managing aspects of the monthly close process with variance analysis, and handling ad-hoc requests.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Finance; or Economics

  • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Financial Analyst or SFA role
  • Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access & Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic planning, annual operating plan, & financial forecasting with functional partners and businesses
  • Deliver objective and financially focused insights to business leaders of Industrial Flow Operating Group
  • Play the lead role in driving strategic initiatives, forecasting, planning, and executing against financial goals
  • Support various Corporate FP&A and leadership projects and requests
  • Support Industrial Flow transformational projects including build out of KPIs to P&L, ERP Conversions, and Integrations of Acquisitions
  • Implement & facilitate various weekly and monthly routines and reports
  • Manage numerous aspects of monthly close process including variance analysis
  • Handle adhoc requests as needed
