•$66,900 - $128,800

About The Position

Twitch is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and report to the Director of FP&A. The role bridges FP&A and emerging artificial intelligence tools, helping shift finance work from manual number-crunching to automated, agentic workflows and strategic data insights. The position partners with technology teams to implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and automated data pipelines for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations. It also uses AI to modernize FP&A, with a focus on driver-based forecasting, KPIs, and strategic advisory. Additional work includes evaluating enterprise software and AI investments, supporting planning and budgeting, partnering with Enterprise Platform & Technology and Fintech organizations, and presenting financial information to senior leadership. The role can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, or Los Angeles. The listed base salary range varies by location: $80,400–$117,100 in Seattle; $73,600–$128,800 in San Francisco and New York; and $66,900–$117,100 in Los Angeles. The compensation package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location.
