Senior Financial Analyst
About The Position
The Finance Partnership Network is seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role reports to the Senior Finance Partner and will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 8–10 Financial Analysts supporting the University's Finance Partnership Network. In this pivotal role, you will strengthen financial administration by identifying process improvements, supporting research post-award activities, developing standardized reporting templates, and creating tools to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for complex financial matters and team escalations. Through your leadership, you will help deliver consistent, high-quality financial services that support the University's strategic priorities.
