Summary of Position The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving value creation through disciplined financial reporting, forward‑looking analysis, and strong cross‑functional partnership. This role supports leadership by translating complex data into clear, action‑oriented insights that enable informed strategic and operational decision‑making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
- 4–7 years of progressive experience across accounting and financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing, CPG, or an operationally complex environment.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI experience; Microsoft Dynamics ERP preferred.
- SQL and Adobe Workfront a plus, with comfort using AI‑enabled tools.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex data into executive‑ready insights.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Support a disciplined month‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, trial balance review, and data integrity across customer, vendor, and reporting hierarchies.
- Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis, shifting the function from reporting what happened to explaining why and recommending what to do next.
- Drive automation, AI‑enabled tooling, and ERP/data integrations to establish single‑source‑of‑truth reporting.
- Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases that support leadership decisions on investments, pricing, and operational initiatives.
