About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A, the position is responsible for conducting advanced financial analysis through complex models, enabling the optimization of revenue and cost recovery. The position includes leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s financial planning processes while actively contributing to the company's financial strategy. The role will partner to provide supporting long-term financial sustainability and enabling informed decision-making to drive the organization's success. Additionally, the position will assess risks, conduct market analysis, and ensure strict compliance with financial regulations. The role will collaborate with stakeholders to align financial performance with the overall objectives of the business while continuously improving processes and driving efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ demonstrated experience with financial analysis
  • 2+ years’ experience in mortgage, servicing, or similar industry
  • Knowledge of state-specific requirements
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative work style; high team-orientation

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with sound judgement
