About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst within the Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) Center of Excellence is a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and process automation using no-code/low-code technologies. This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, enhancing data-driven decision making, and advancing the organization’s automation capabilities. This position combines strong technical acumen with advanced analytical capabilities to support the Enterprise Financial Services organization through innovative automation and reporting solutions. The incumbent will identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities, and design and develop scalable solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. In parallel, this role will serve as a key driver in modernizing financial reporting by leveraging tools such as Dataiku and Tableau to deliver dynamic, insightful, and actionable reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will lead efforts to streamline and optimize transactional Accounts Receivable (AR) processes through the development of both ad-hoc and recurring reports. These insights will support performance management, uncover process improvement opportunities, and enhance overall operational effectiveness across EFS. Additionally, this role will play a critical leadership role in continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating a broad spectrum of transactional activities, defining key performance indicators, and establishing meaningful metrics that objectively measure performance against enterprise goals. The individual will effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and enabling informed decision making across the organization.
