Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue & GTM FP&A
About The Position
ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its GTM and Revenue FP&A team. The role partners with general managers and C-level executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to support growth and strategic decision-making. The analyst leads revenue forecasting and executive reporting, develops scalable analytics frameworks, and helps align revenue strategies with business priorities. The position suits someone comfortable working with imperfect data in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment and translating analysis into actionable insights. It also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement in decision-making processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.
- A proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present insights to a C-suite audience.
- Ability to work across strategy and execution and build scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with general managers and C-level executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to drive growth and influence strategic decisions.
- Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting.
- Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks to support long-term growth.
- Guide and mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Align revenue strategies across functions and help ensure execution against business priorities.
