About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst will manage and administer the company’s OneStream consolidation platform, ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and access control. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining OneStream reports and interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs and key financial metrics. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business goals and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Additionally, the role includes performing financial analysis, supporting month-end close activities, and participating in business support functions like forecasting and accounting support.

Requirements

Advanced skills in administering OneStream
High proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP
Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with dashboarding tools
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting

Responsibilities

Manage and administer the company’s OneStream consolidation platform, ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and access control.
Work with 3rd party administrators as needed on technical enhancements.
Design, build, and maintain OneStream reports to deliver actionable insights for finance and cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs and key financial metrics.
Work with teams across departments to align analytics solutions with key business goals and operational strategies.
Identify opportunities to automate and enhance recurring processes in conjunction with accounting, treasury, and finance.
Analyze monthly results vs. expectation and explain variances.
Participate in business support (forecasting, accounting support).
Support month-end close activities.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth financial operations and business continuity.
