Senior Financial Analyst - ARR Consolidation

About The Position

The Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Annual Reoccurring Revenue (ARR) Consolidation team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive collaboration across C&P Finance and build executive-level presentations. This role offers direct visibility with senior finance leaders and the chance to shape how one of Adobe's primary revenue-driving divisions tells its financial story.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in FP&A with SaaS/topline revenue exposure (ARR, subscription metrics), or Corporate Finance with consolidation experience
Extensive hands-on experience with TM1 or Hyperion Planning tools
Strong business partnership skills — able to build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional finance teams
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data for executive audiences
Proven ability to operate under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Lead and consolidate the top-line rolling financial forecast process, partnering closely with FP&A teams across Route-to-Market, Geography , and Product Group s to align on one cohesive C&P narrative
Support the Weekly Executive Team u pdate, Quarterly Rolling Forecast (QRF), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Quarterly Financial Review (QFR), and Annual Planning cycles
Develop and consolidate financial reporting and analysis, including quarterly results packages and executive-ready commentary for senior leadership
Drive process improvements and automation across financial reporting workflows, including the use of AI tools, to build for scale
Use TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) to help finance partners interpret Outlook and Actuals data, while upholding strong controls and consistency in financial outputs
Support the Director of FP&A on investor-related requests
