About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A will play a key role in the department’s transformation initiative, improving reporting for Executive Leadership and streamlining budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning. The role provides timely and accurate analysis and support to the FP&A team, partners with stakeholders across the organization, and helps build scalable processes and systems for repeatable, high-quality execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4 to 7 years of overall experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Experience with financial modeling.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• General technical knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous process improvement mindset.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and with all levels of the organization.
• Assertive, action-oriented, hands-on approach.
• Energetic, strong work ethic, resilience, collaboration, ability to juggle multiple projects, and commitment to achieving success.
• Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine monthly management reporting.
• Analyze trends, variances, and current performance metrics, partnering with the business to understand key drivers.
• Support reporting, tracking, and analysis of company initiatives while proactively engaging key stakeholders.
• Use historical information to identify business trends and risks to budget and inform future decisions.
• Partner with the organization on the annual budgeting process and provide monthly rolling forecasts.
• Analyze KPI data and participate in the strategic planning process.
• Build, document, and deploy scalable processes and systems that ensure repeatable, high-quality execution.
• Analyze financial situations with managers throughout the company.
• Prepare presentations and executive reports for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
