About The Position

This role is for a Financial Analyst to support EPIC projects, focusing on project cost management across planning, forecasting, and execution. The position involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive Business Unit alignment, ensuring adherence to corporate financial cycles, and delivering clear insights through strong financial modeling and communication. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills, including ROI and NPV evaluation
- Experience supporting Statements of Work (SOWs) or project-based spend (budgeting, forecasting, and execution tracking).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize data into concise narratives and influence alignment across cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid accounting fundamentals and attention to detail; comfortable working within monthly and quarterly close timelines.
Nice To Haves
- MBA preferred.
- Experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau, and PRM preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment or other manufacturing enterprises is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide EPIC project cost support through financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Drive alignment with Business Units and cross‑functional partners on scope, funding, and key assumptions.
- Ensure EPIC project planning and reporting align to corporate financial cycles (e.g., monthly/quarterly cadence) and explain key drivers to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities, summarize key cost drivers, and communicate recommendations to enable timely decisions.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to support effective SOW execution and improve visibility to cost and progress.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support prioritization and funding decisions.
- Create clear, concise updates and materials for leadership and partners, helping teams stay aligned as plans evolve.
