About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Bank's financial planning and management reporting processes. They will work closely with department heads, Senior Management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and provide accurate financial analyses. The role involves preparing the annual budget, performing variance analysis, and recommending corrective actions. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will coordinate the financial close process, provide accounting support, and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance. They will also assist with SEC reporting, including the preparation and review of various forms and disclosures.

Requirements

• Experience in financial planning and management reporting.
• Ability to work closely with department heads, Senior Management, and stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing annual budgets.
• Proficiency in variance analysis.
