About The Position
The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a key business partner to the executive team. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with business partnership skills.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years in FP&A role
- Expert-level financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong experience with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Planful or similar).
- Deep understanding of cash flow mechanics and SaaS Metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV etc.)
- High affinity for data analytics and experience leveraging AI tools in finance workflows.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Private Equity-backed environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and execute annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Own revenue, expense, and cash flow projections
- Drive scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Support business decisions by analysis of financial an operational data
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Partner with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) on performance management
- Support board reporting and investor presentations
- Develop KPI dashboards and operational metrics
- Conduct monthly business reviews
- Analyze variance to budget/forecast and communicate key drivers
- Identify financial risks and opportunities
- Improve financial planning processes and reporting automation
- Enhance financial systems and data integration
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data
