About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a key business partner to the executive team. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with business partnership skills.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in FP&A role
  • Expert-level financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong experience with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Planful or similar).
  • Deep understanding of cash flow mechanics and SaaS Metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV etc.)
  • High affinity for data analytics and experience leveraging AI tools in finance workflows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Private Equity-backed environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and execute annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Own revenue, expense, and cash flow projections
  • Drive scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
  • Support business decisions by analysis of financial an operational data
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Partner with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) on performance management
  • Support board reporting and investor presentations
  • Develop KPI dashboards and operational metrics
  • Conduct monthly business reviews
  • Analyze variance to budget/forecast and communicate key drivers
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities
  • Improve financial planning processes and reporting automation
  • Enhance financial systems and data integration
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data
