Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with H-1B or E-3 visa processes.
• Knowledge of cloud-native network technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance against plans and identify variances.
• Develop and implement financial models and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Support H-1B or E-3 nonimmigrant worker filings through Labor Condition Applications (LCAs).
