About The Position
The Senior Finance Associate will serve as a key finance partner to a designated region, with primary responsibility for leading the month-end close process and supporting ongoing financial performance management. This role partners closely with the Accounting team (ESC) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while also collaborating with Operations leadership to drive insights, accountability, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, ownership mindset, and the ability to translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for operational stakeholders.
