About The Position

Hologic is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst – Quality to join our Finance team. This individual contributor will serve as the finance partner to Hologic's Global Quality organization, owning the forecasting, budgeting and reporting of quality spend. You will partner cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, IT, Accounting and FP&A to deliver actionable insights, strengthen spend visibility and improve financial processes and analytics.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive finance experience.
Background in quality, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and spend/cost reporting.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects and executive stakeholders.
Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Cross-functional project support and prioritization.
Takes ownership and drives accountability.
Collaborates effectively across functions and levels.
Communicates clearly with finance and non-finance partners.
Demonstrates curiosity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Knowledge Quality operations finance, cost of quality, and spend management.
Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Financial reporting hierarchies, data structures, and governance.
ERP and planning systems, preferably Oracle and Hyperion.
Supply chain and manufacturing finance fundamentals.
Cross-functional business partnering in a regulated environment.
Power BI preferred.
Experience with ERP/planning tools and global matrixed organizations preferred.
