This individual will work with Finance Management, Program Management, CAMs, and Finance Analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments and apply principles of Earned Value Management to analyze financial and performance data. This individual will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets and forecasts in the Earned Value Management tool (Cobra). This person will use Earned Value Management to measure cost and schedule performance, prepare variance reports including trend analysis on a monthly basis, and analyze risks and opportunities. This person will develop presentations for upper management as well as external customers and present recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience/combined education or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven effective analytical skills.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5+ years of professional experience; or 4+ years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Experience with LM Space software (Cobra, SAP)
  • Ability to execute in high pressure environment.
  • Experience baselining and managing large production and/or development contracts.
  • Proficiency with pivot tables.
  • Previous experience with detailed analysis of data.
  • Secret clearance

Responsibilities
