About The Position

Within OCI Finance, this role will support the Data Center Operations organization, providing operational FP&A support across Oracle’s data center footprint. You will partner closely with Operations leaders on budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, operating expense management, and financial reporting, with a focus on understanding and managing key data center operating costs such as facilities, repair and maintenance, equipment maintenance, and other site-related expenses. This role will help translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that enable business leaders to manage costs, improve planning, and support the efficient operation and continued growth of OCI’s data center infrastructure. As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of finance experience within the tech, cloud, or infrastructure sector preferred
  • Advanced Quantitative Modeling: Demonstrated expertise in complex financial and quantitative analysis, specifically applied to infrastructure CapEx, OpEx, and P&L within a large technology organization.
  • Data Center Operations Fluency: Strong understanding of data center operations, including capacity delivery, facilities and critical infrastructure, power and cooling, hardware lifecycle, and operational cost drivers.
  • Cost Driver Analysis: Proven, hands-on experience dissecting multi-million-dollar infrastructure cost structures to identify margin-impacting drivers and enable effective gross margin management.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to work independently, manage quickly shifting business priorities, and consistently find solutions amid ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
  • Experience supporting large-scale data centers or cloud infrastructure environments is strongly preferred (e.g., experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or expertise with networking OEMs/providers).
  • Deal Pricing/Contract Modeling: Prior exposure to complex deal pricing or contract financial modeling (training is available for candidates with strong core infrastructure finance skills).
  • Strategic Agreement Insight: Experience providing finance or cost insights in the context of large strategic contracts or client/vendor agreements.
  • Process Excellence: A strong aptitude for identifying improvement opportunities and driving the creation or refinement of financial and operational processes.
