Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 5-7 years of Accounting/Finance experience
- FP&A, cost accounting, and inventory analysis within a manufacturing environment.
Nice To Haves
- CPA/MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly financial results, including P&L and Balance Sheet variance explanations, for division and corporate review.
- Oversee cost accounting functions, including standard rate calculations, overhead allocation, inventory forecasting, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
- Evaluate and improve existing accounting systems and procedures.
- Streamline the reporting of daily/weekly operational and financial metrics, supporting management teams with data extraction, report writing, and continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate month-end close activities, manage multiple concurrent projects, and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed for strategic decision-making.
