This position is centralized within the Division of Student Affairs and is part of the Financial Planning & Business Operations unit. The unit partners with Division and University stakeholders to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of financial and human resources functions across the Division. Key responsibilities include Division-level monitoring and reporting for Gift Commitments and associated Project Accounts, serving as a Financial Specialist for Assessment, Technology & Communications & Student Development, Access & Support departments, managing grant financial administration and acting as the Division liaison to Sponsored Programs Accounting. The role also collaborates closely with campus partners including the Controller’s Office, Budget and Facilities, and provides financial training and ongoing support for finance positions within the Division. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with University partners, including the Controller's Office, Budget Office, and Facilities Management. Experience managing multi-year budgets and working with diverse funding sources, such as gifts, grants, and capital project funds, is strongly preferred.
