About The Position

The Senior Analyst – Consolidations & FP&A is responsible for ensuring accurate monthly consolidated financial reporting, driving forecasting and planning processes for the corporate financial statements, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• BS/BA/BBA (Accounting) with CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably from Public Accounting
• Self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to establish and build relationships across an organization.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively with associates at varying levels across the Company.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tool a plus.
• Corporate accounting experience with multi-national manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Complete account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist with Corporate Statutory Reporting and Tax Binder
• Lead preparation of monthly forecasts and annual plans, including corporate balance sheet and cash flow projections.
• Manage planning templates and coordinate inputs from business units.
• Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Deliver timely reporting packages monthly.
• Analyze performance against plan and forecast; communicate key drivers to leadership.
