About The Position

A day in the life of a Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A at Stanley Martin involves supporting the preparation and analysis of financial reports, consolidating data from divisions and subsidiaries, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office with Proficiency in Excel
  • Relevant work or internship experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and clearly communicate insights

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial reporting tools, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or business intelligence software is a plus
