Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of Financial Analyst experience with strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information for various audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support business goals.
• Monitor plant and operational financial results, identifying key risks, opportunities, and variance drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve decision-making.
• Partner with production, packaging, accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and cost controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and finance transformation projects to increase efficiency and business value.
