About The Position

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. The analyst collects, compiles, analyzes, and reports financial and operational results, including sales, profits, and working capital for Lincoln Cleveland. The role supports monthly business reviews, operational decision-making, audits, and physical inventories at Cleveland plant locations. It also involves ongoing collaboration with teams across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT, as well as handling ad hoc reporting requests and other responsibilities in support of the Company’s RISE Strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
• High degree of flexibility and ability to perform numerous tasks and assignments concurrently.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hyperion Enterprise and SAP.
• MBA.
• Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, analyze, and report financial results, including sales, profits, and working capital for Lincoln Cleveland.
• Assist in preparing and organizing monthly Business Reviews.
• Help identify operational issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Prepare financial analyses to help Operations make business decisions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Support completion of physical inventories at Cleveland plant locations.
• Participate in ongoing staff and individual meetings to promote teamwork, communication, and cooperation within the department and across Sales, Operations, Corporate Finance, and IT.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s RISE Strategy.
