About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team in an analytical, forward-thinking role. The position develops financial forecasts and complex models, analyzes business performance, and identifies opportunities to improve profitability and support growth. The analyst partners with teams across the organization to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making, with a focus on financial planning, problem-solving, process improvement, and actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2–5+ years of accounting and financial planning and analysis experience.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to present financial insights.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

Nice To Haves

CPA or FPAC certification preferred.
NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop financial forecasts, models, and projections to support business planning.
Conduct financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
Support short- and long-term financial planning and analysis.
Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Maintain and improve financial planning tools, reporting processes, and forecasting accuracy.
Partner with Accounting and cross-functional teams to understand business performance and operations.
Provide actionable recommendations to leadership to support profitability, efficiency, and growth.
