About The Position

A well-established, mission-driven organization in the Dallas area is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside executive leadership and gain meaningful exposure to strategic financial operations. The Sr. Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and supporting schedules, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and support month-end close and account reconciliation processes. This role also involves partnering with leadership to provide financial insights and operational support, monitoring financial performance, identifying trends or discrepancies, and maintaining the accuracy of financial records and internal reporting. Additionally, the analyst will assist with audit support, tax schedules, and compliance-related reporting, and support process improvements across finance and reporting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting)
• Experience with financial/accounting systems preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with leadership
