This position will support the accurate and timely preparation and reporting of financial information to leadership teams. The role is key in completing reconciliations, analysis of general ledger accounts, monthly journal entries, and needed financial reports. The Senior Financial Analyst will create and enter manual journal entries, prepare reconciliations for month-end close, and maintain supporting workpapers and analyses. This role will coordinate monthly billings related to centralized charges and work with company legal entities to ensure proper recording of such charges. The analyst will perform account analysis of various general ledger accounts, identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements. Additionally, the role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to meet Company and Government reporting requirements, supporting field work of internal and external auditors, and participating in department and/or cross-functional projects, providing other ad-hoc analysis as needed. The analyst will engage with technical teams and other resources working on Oracle and process improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
