About The Position

In OCI Finance, the Spotlights Team plays a critical role in driving financial excellence for OCI's largest business segments and customers. We manage P&Ls, drive financial planning and modeling, and serve as trusted partners and advisors to OCI Leadership, helping to optimize business economics while supporting rapid growth.

Requirements

Senior Financial Analyst role requires experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Ability to analyze financial data, metrics, trends, and forecasts.
Strong relationship-building skills with finance and business teams.
Experience in process improvement to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
Proficiency in developing ad hoc financial models.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects and resolving business issues.
Skills in preparing financial presentations and managing reporting schedules.
Participation in quarter-end close processes.

Responsibilities

Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for OCI’s business units.
Analyze actuals, metrics, trends, and forecasts, comparing results against previous periods, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
Build strong relationships across the OCI Finance and Business teams, delivering consistent, high-quality, and timely results.
Drive initiatives to enhance financial processes, improve accuracy, increase operational efficiency, and uphold accounting guidelines to optimize the OCI P&L.
Develop ad hoc financial models and identify efficiency opportunities, particularly in the data center space.
Leverage the broader Oracle Financial community to gather and analyze information, resolve business issues, and support cross-functional projects.
Prepare financial presentations for business stakeholders and manage quarterly reporting schedules.
Participate in quarter-end close processes and activities in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Business teams.
