The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Level 4) to join the Finance Analysis team in San Antonio, Texas. Requirements

  • Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of experience working with large data sets (e.g. advanced Excel, PowerPivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI).
  • 5+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.
  • 5+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with executive leadership and the site CFO, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
  • Initiating assignments and integrating analysis for the site, functions, and pools in areas such as resource forecasts and/or financial estimates for budgets, monthly performance, Opportunities and Risks (O&Rs), and quarterly forecasts.
  • Preparing financial reporting, leadership-level presentations, and designing executive dashboards and metrics.
  • Partnering with program customers, Boeing Global Services – Government (BGS-G) facing functions, and Financial Analysis Verticals to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant operations.
  • Leading process reviews and initiatives, understanding the impact of changes across the value stream, ensuring coordination, communicating the need for change to stakeholders, and acting as a finance representative lead for cross-business/finance shared services engagements.
