  • Advanced Excel skills (complex models, lookups, pivot tables, large-data manipulation).
  • Strong team player – demonstrates flexibility, maintains a professional approach, collaborates effectively, and consistently gets things done.
  • Driven and self-motivated – takes ownership of deliverables, meets deadlines, and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.

  • Build, enhance, and maintain metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, cube views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, data integrations, and security.
  • Develop new functionality to support evolving FP&A, consolidation, and reporting needs (allocations, GL mapping, headcount, capex, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot system and user issues, access, security, system upgrades, patches, and source-system integrations.
  • Document processes, train end users, and drive adoption of OneStream as the single source of truth.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly internal financial statement packages, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare external reporting packages for lenders and bondholders, including the ABL Certificate, MD&A files, and other compliance deliverables.
