The Client Incentive Operations team are responsible for managing Client Incentive agreements for clients in the North America region. We ensure compliance with contractual terms and determine the accounting treatment of each incentive deal and conformity with US GAAP and local tax requirements. We use lean/six sigma process methodologies to provide benefits to our stakeholders regarding quality, cost and schedule associated with our work. The Client Incentive Operations Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of client incentive programs, ensuring that they are aligned with Visa's strategic objectives and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, and a deep understanding of the payments industry.
