About The Position

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will perform highly complex financial analyses supporting Supply Chain Finance, with direct ownership of forecasting, analytics, and performance insights across manufacturing platforms, materials, and enterprise initiatives. You will translate data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership, provide day‑to‑day coaching and technical guidance to analysts, and play an active role in developing team capabilities while partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in general business and finance.
  • Experience with profit and loss management and a strong understanding of financial systems and general accounting concepts.
  • Proven success building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and managing those relationships effectively.
  • Experience working across multiple departments to deliver projects or resolve organizational challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
  • Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing, Business Planning and Consolidation, and Analytics Cloud.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking through the use of analytics, benchmarking, and insights to inform strategies and solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a finance business partner for assigned functions, providing guidance on accounting and finance‑related questions while assessing business needs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for assigned components of the profit and loss statement and related balance sheet accounts.
  • Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and communicate impacts through clear, actionable, and forward‑looking commentary, including potential risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including identification and resolution of unusual items and issues.
  • Develop comprehensive financial analyses and models that convert data into actionable recommendations to support operational and investment decisions.
  • Lead and contribute to project work across multiple finance disciplines, including financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in‑market investments.
  • Provide technical leadership and informal coaching to analysts while collaborating effectively with small project teams.
