Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the SS Business Unit Finance Team supporting supply chain. The SFA will play an integral role in supporting the business by performing actionable analyses that drives key short-term and long-range strategic decisions. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven analyst to provide a deep level of support to the business.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting or related business experience is required.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while working effectively in a team environment is required.
  • Demonstrate a balance of big picture thinking with appropriate attention to detail, accuracy, and sound judgment in delivering business outcomes is required.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to business partners.
  • Consolidate, challenge, and present Actual and Plan financials to business and finance leadership, along with the ability to provide drivers, insights, and value added commentary.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly close responsibilities including booking journal entries and completing balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Provide analytics and insights into key supply chain metrics.
  • Oversight and leadership to process improvement initiatives, SOX monitoring, and capital tracking.
  • Lead forecast processes (BP, JU, NU, LTs) for SS for supply chain.
  • Ownership of the annual cost revision process for both existing products and NPIs.
  • Support financial aspects of the existing external partnerships related to the reprocessing business.
  • Conduct sound financial analysis to influence key decisions and deliver in-depth financial analysis on Gross Profit, COGS, and CNIS performance as needed.
