About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst, Asset Planning & Project Finance provides project-level financial analysis, transactional processing, and portfolio data management supporting the University's 200+ project capital portfolio. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Asset Planning & Project Finance within Operations Fiscal Analysis & Analytics (OFAA), this role is the analytical and transactional foundation of the asset planning function: executing capital funding entries and reconciliations in SAP; producing ROI, lifecycle cost, avoided-cost, and carbon impact analyses under the Assistant Director's direction; compiling and validating data for sources and uses reporting, prior-year reconciliation, and regulatory filings; and monitoring the health of Operations-controlled capital and reserve funds. The position partners closely with the Assistant Director and interacts regularly with project managers, Budget & Planning analysts, Financial Affairs, schools, and administrative units.
