About The Position

As a Sr. Financial Analyst- Manufacturing at Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team through high-quality financial analysis, accurate reporting, and timely decision-support insights. This role will focus on financial analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to drive informed business decisions and improve operational performance across plant activities. This is an on-site role requiring regular presence at the plant/office to partner closely with operations teams in Chandler, Arizona.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a similar analytical role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 preferred.)
Exposure to manufacturing systems, processes, and data-driven KPI analysis
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional partners to gather data, analyze results, and support accurate reporting for the entity.
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cost control
Assist with the financial analysis and reporting
Provide timely ad hoc analysis and insights to help drive business decisions.
Partner with plant teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen data quality, and improve the speed and accuracy of analytical deliverables.

Prepare clear, concise presentations and communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to ongoing company initiatives and process enhancements.
