Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required.
  • Effective collaboration and partnering skills across levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
  • Proactive mindset in recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • A CPA, CMA or MBA degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting and analytics related to total Commercial Operational Expense (OPEX) for the US Immunology franchise.
  • Collaborating with both Finance and non-Finance business partners across all areas of the Immunology business to create a consolidated picture of OPEX spending for both forecast and actuals.
  • Serving as the Finance point of contact on several budgets including Selling, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Channel Strategy, DOME, NPBD, and StAT.
  • Tracking and reporting of headcount, DTC Media, T&E, and R&Os across all Immunology Commercial areas.
  • Acting as the main contact for key forecast cycle collections, including BP, JU, NU, and quarter end Latest Thinking.
  • Supporting the quarter close reporting of OPEX spending versus forecast with senior leadership.
  • Supporting requests from Group Finance and Immunology Leadership to provide ad hoc analysis of spending data.
  • Supporting the Immunology franchise Finance team in ad hoc projects that help develop a deeper knowledge of the business.
