About The Position

Requirements
- 2+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- 2+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- Experience working with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic operational planning with precision and financial discipline
- Leverage AI tools to simplify and reinvent financial processes at scale
- Develop comprehensive financial metrics, reporting, and in-depth analysis
- Manage complex projects from inception to completion
- Provide strategic financial oversight across fixed and variable business costs
