About The Position

Amazon seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to play a key role on the International Seller Services (ISS) FP&A team. As an FP&A partner focused on the total ISS space, this role will provide data-driven insights to leadership that help drive strategic decisions with visibility into 20+ countries. The analyst will build scalable analyses, create comprehensive financial reports, and develop solutions that have global impact across international Stores. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of finance teams, analyze complex data sets, and transform them into actionable insights that shape business performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships across multiple international teams while maintaining high standards of financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing financial dashboards that scale across 20+ countries to provide insights that drive decision-making for the External Fulfillment channels and 3P business.
• Collaborate with finance teams across International Seller Services to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the 3P business landscape.
• Drive communication with senior management through effective financial modeling and reporting, providing clear and concise summaries that answer questions in detail.
• Proactively identify incomplete or inaccurate data, determine root causes, and implement solutions to ensure reporting accuracy while maintaining the highest standards.
