About The Position

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company and the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for its corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for developing and automating reports, analyzing data to predict profitability, conducting ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with multiple areas of the business.
  • Strong finance and reporting background.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Great at multi-tasking with strong time-management skills.
  • Willing to learn new systems and applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Proficient in EPM tools such as Board, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Planning.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar platforms.
  • Experience in Oracle EnterpriseOne.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports in Board EPM.
  • Analyze key company metrics of ROA, Gross Margin, SG&A, and Operating Margin.
  • Present variance analysis, forecasting, and financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Provide analytical support to the management team to improve operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams on data integration workflows between systems and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial planning applications and reporting.
  • All other duties as assigned.
