About The Position

Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst-EPG supporting the US Established Product Group (EPG) Commercial team. This position is based in Titusville, NJ. This role supports the US Established Product Group (EPG) franchise and partners closely with business leaders in all Commercial functions. The US EPG portfolio includes Pulmonary Hypertension (UPTRAVI®, OPSYNVI®, & OPSUMIT®) and additional brands across Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience and additional areas.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required.
  • Highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
  • Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills are required.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • A CPA, CMA or MBA degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sales forecasting and providing insights into key business drivers for the Established Product Group (EPG) portfolio specifically Pulmonary Hypertension (UPTRAVI®, OPSYNVI®, & OPSUMIT®) and future EPG portfolio assets.
  • Influencing and shaping financial strategy with cross-functional partners including Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA), and Brand Marketing teams.
  • Sales consolidations & reporting.
  • Support of forecast cycles.
  • Quarterly close processes.
  • Managing financial risks & opportunities.
  • Investor Relations reporting.
  • Integrated Business Planning.
  • Return on investment analysis.
  • Special projects.
  • Provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups across the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine organization.
