About The Position

Amazon's Corporate Development team seeks a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Development organization. In this high-visibility role, you will evaluate diverse business opportunities spanning M&A, investments, and strategic initiatives. This position plays a key, active role on a small team that drives corporate transactions across businesses at Amazon.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of M&A transactional experience

Responsibilities

• Support critical due diligence efforts across corporate transactions
• Conduct comprehensive research on industries, potential partners, and investment strategies
• Lead financial analyses that guide senior management decision-making
• Deliver impactful recommendations to senior management and executive teams
• Drive strategic thinking and strategy formation across Amazon's businesses
