About The Position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, a member of Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Excellence, supporting DePuy Synthes. The position is located in either West Chester PA, Raritan NJ, Raynham MA, Palm Beach Gardens FL, and Warsaw IN. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. In this customer-focused Finance role, the Commercial Excellence (CE) Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial support for the MedTech Commercial Excellence organization (specifically DPS), with major responsibilities including: Partner with CE regional teams to influence customer level pricing strategies and proposals; building financial analysis and sharing insights with a focus on profitable growth. Influence Pricing Matrices and Strategies to ensure effective execution of brand value proposition through partnership with Contracting Strategy, Pricing, Brand Marketing, and Contract Execution. Work with CE senior leadership on measuring success of CE’s core strategic priorities including sales growth in covered accounts, ASC’s, targeted accounts, etc. Attend Customer Pricing Committee (CPC) meetings to gain Senior Leadership insights and perspective of strategic direction of DPS and MedTech.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years Finance, Accounting, Leadership, or related Business Experience required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills are required.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel required.
  • Ability to challenge business partners and propose alternative solutions required.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Certification (CMA, CPA) and/or MBA preferred.
  • Healthcare industry, public accounting, corporate finance, manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
