The Senior Financial Advisor (SFA) serves as the primary relationship owner for high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance. SFAs lead client meetings, develop planning strategies, and coordinate with portfolio management, tax professionals, and estate attorneys to deliver integrated advice. Advisors maintain a focused client base (typically fewer than 100 households) and manage an established book of client relationships while contributing to organic growth through client referrals, COI relationships, and partnership with the firm’s Business Development team.
