About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Systems Manager - P2P (Procure-to-Pay) to lead SAP Finance functional ownership for Honeywell Aerospace’s procurement and accounts payable processes. This role is central to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the end-to-end P2P process, supporting global finance, procurement, and AP teams. You will serve as a key functional expert on Honeywell Aerospace’s S4 SAP team, driving compliance, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- Extensive SAP Finance experience
- Strong understanding of procurement, AP, vendor governance, and GR/IR.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
Nice To Haves
- Accounting, Finance, or related Degree
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments
- Prior experience within finance systems teams
Responsibilities
- Own SAP Finance process governance for S4 program foundation and deployment
- Ensure stable PO, goods receipt, invoice, and payment flows are designed
- Maintain P2P compliance, controls, tolerances, and policy alignment within SAP
- Oversee vendor master data integrity and role-based access is developed
- Coordinate Data, UAT, and Training cycles for AP or Finance integrations
- Work closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Controllership, IT, and global business units.
